Here at the Shop we’ve been busy doing some “housekeeping”, and looking at everything we’ve been doing for our Customers over the last year. It has been a wild and crazy year – with lots of exciting new programs, new faces, with the same great services and prices our fantastic customers have come to expect. Through it all, we’ve looked at what has helped customers, what we would do without, and what new things we could implement to help our Customers get amazing repairs that coincide with amazing service and convenience.
Here are some of the latest changes that have been updated as of today, December 26th (all changes are effective immediately):
- We have suspended our “LarrondoCare(TM) Membership” program until further notice. We need to do a few other things to make this extremely helpful and worthwhile for our Customers, and until that time, we’re putting it on the “back-burner”.
- We’ve changed our RepairRewards(TM) Program – it’s now much more simple and streamlined. You earn a simple $15 off coupon for every $1,000 you spend with us; we now only issue coupons to our RepairRewards(TM) Loyal Customers (so make sure you join if you haven’t already!), and we’ve discontinued the “Gas Bonus” program. You still get fantastic insider news – but this way it makes the program more useful, and helps you build savings better (and faster!). - We’ve now gone to “permanent” discounts – our new 2% GreenBonus(TM) Program!! This means you get 2% off with every single repair for performing simple things (that you may already be doing!).
